Join us for training

Training is for all ages from 17 upwards and caters for all levels of fitness and experience. We’re a friendly bunch and although we train to improve, it is also ‘fun-time’ with our mates. Anyone is welcome, and you can join in in with as little or as much as you want. Last season the ages at training ranged from 17 to 51 and all enjoyed it. Turn up and join in- or alternatively contact us for details first. We’d love to see you there.
